In terms of cuisine, Hotel Matillhof has a very special feature - fruit and vegetables sourced from local organic fields. Light Mediterranean dishes with elements of South Tyrolean culinary classics indulge and delight guests. Vegan and vegetarian or alkaline dishes augment this culinary offer with many products from the hotel’s own farm. The beauty range comprises the South Tyrolean Aqua-Vinea-Nobilis skincare line, which uses water from the biodynamically cultivated vineyards of Manincor, also known as tears of the vine.
