Harvest time in the vineyard brings me great joy and excitement for a new vintage of a truly unique wine—grown right here at 1,000 meters in the Garberhof wine garden.

• Which grape variety is the rock star of your winery? And why?

Definitely Sauvignon Gris. It’s an elegant, intriguing, and multi-layered variety that never fails to impress.

• If I were a guest at your hotel, where would I find you when you're not in the vineyard?

If not in the vineyard, then most certainly at the hotel bar.
