Dennis, the head chef, prepares South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes, for which he has already won several prizes. SomVino's centrepiece are two wine cabinets in the middle of the room, one for white and one for red, perfectly temperature-regulated and clearly arranged. SomVital - Two spa zones, a large pool, three saunas, two relaxation rooms, an infinity pool and a roof-top sky bar provide the perfect balance for body, mind and soul. In addition, a healthy breakfast to brighten up your day with homemade treats, preserves and freshly cooked dishes are all prepared with love and available at the buffet.
