South Tyrol is characterised by an Alpine-Mediterranean landscape, historically determined cultural contrasts and, last but not least, unique products made with a lot of passion and diligence. As part of the “Taste of South Tyrol” culinary weeks, a joint initiative of IDM Südtirol, South Tyrolean Quality Products and South Tyrol Vinum Hotels, our guests can learn everything about the production, tradition, outstanding quality and potential uses of South Tyrolean products.

Every week focuses on a different South Tyrolean Quality Product:

  • From 21 to 27 September, flavourful Speck Alto Adige PGI
  • From 5 to 11 October, the crunchy South Tyrolean Apple PGI
  • From 19 to 25 October, natural milk and other dairy products that bear the South the South Tyrolean seal of quality
